ELLEN G. TOPIEL, M.A. has 2 Masters' Degrees, is a Certified Reading Specialist, and Board Certified Education Advocate. She is a NJ court approved Independent Education Evaluator. Her education and in-depth training took place at Carnegie-Mellon University, George Washington University, Rowan University, and the National Special Education Advocacy Institute. In addition, she is certified in Elementary Education and a registered Art Therapist. She has expertise in finding research-based, educational options to help students with learning differences reach their highest potential. Because of her many years of experience as an educator, therapist and specialist, she has remarkable perceptive and diagnostic skills. Thus, she can adeptly identify a child's diverse academic and non-academic needs, develop a strategic action plan to remediate problem areas and increase strengths, and recommend creative solutions for a broad scope of issues.
